Thanks to all the Clans & Societies participating in the 2024 Scotland County Highland Games!
Regarding setup on Games Day, Clans & Societies must have their tents set up and vehicles off the field by 8:30 a.m. on Saturday, October 5th. The gate to the North Carolina Rural Heritage Center will be open for set up on Friday, October 4th at 8:00 a.m. and on Saturday morning, October 5th, from 6:00 a.m. until 8:15 a.m.
A-la-carte pricing for spaces, tents, tables, chairs, and the Friday Evening Reception are being offered to Clans & Societies for 2024.
10' X 10' Space ($80.00)
A space only purchase requires the Clan or Society to bring their own tent and other necessary items for set-up including tables and chairs to be used within the 10' x 10' reserved space.
Space Purchase includes:
2 admission wristbands to the Games
2 Hospitality Tent tickets
1 parking pass
Options for other necessary items:
10' X 10' tent rental including tent setup: $60
Table rental: $15 each
Chair rental: $5 each
Friday Evening Reception (Wine & Charcuterie): $30 each

Acceptance of Clans & Societies will be on a first-come, first serve basis. All effort will be made to place returning Clans & Societies in the same space as 2023. Please register early to ensure your space is reserved.
