Thanks to all the Clans & Societies participating in the 2023 Scotland County Highland Games!
Regarding setup on Games Day, Clans & Societies must have their tents set up and vehicles off the field by 8:30 a.m. on Saturday, October 5th. The gate to the North Carolina Rural Heritage Center will be open for set up on Friday, October 4th, at a time yet to be determined, and on Saturday morning, October 5th, from 6:00 a.m. until 8:30 a.m.
A-la-carte pricing for spaces, tents, tables, chairs, and the Friday Evening Reception are being offered to Clans & Societies for 2024.
10' X 10' Space ($80.00)
A space only purchase requires the Clan or Society to bring their own tent and other necessary items for set-up including tables and chairs to be used within the 10' x 10' reserved space.
Space Purchase includes:
2 admission wristbands to the Games
1 parking pass
Options for other necessary items:
10' X 10' Tent rental including tent setup: $60
Table rental: $15 each
Chair rental: $5 each
Friday Evening Reception (Wine & Charcuterie): $30 each
